Cooking with Chef Corey cooking classes offer a variety of cooking topics and culinary concepts for everyone from the food lover, beginner to advanced cook or “closet chef”. Whether you want to learn about seasonings, meal preparation, appetizers, or specialty food trends, we have the class that’s right for you. Spend a couple of hours or even a few days with us. In our single-subject classes you will learn new skills in just 2 hours that will last a lifetime, or you can enroll in one of our series classes and make new friends as you meet regularly to learn more as the series progresses. Examples of series titles to date include “Educating the Palate Using Locally Grown Foods” and “Summertime Delights to Harvest Time Cuisine”. Other cooking class series can focus on holidays, culinary trends and in-demand topics. Customized series or classes can be developed for special groups and individual private lessons.

Cooking with Chef Corey Cooking Class Series:
The Cooking with Chef Corey Series meets each week for a period of 6 weeks for 2 hours, 1 day a week or a mini-series which consist of 3 to 4 classes.
- Demonstration Classes: Students learn by watching the instructor prepare the menu while providing step-by-step instruction for each dish.
- Students learn by watching the instructor prepare the menu while providing step-by-step instruction for each dish. This relaxed interactive format encourages informative discussions to help you prepare the dishes with confidence at home. Comfortable seating is provided.
- Hands-on classes give students the opportunity to participate on a volunteer basis.
- Recipe packets are provided for students to take home.
- Tastings of the dishes prepared are provided. Wine is served when possible.

Intermediate Cooking Classes:
These classes are for those who already know the basics of cooking, but are looking to take their cooking skills to the next level.
- Our Intermediate Cooking Classes are classes that build upon the basics of cooking. These classes may consist of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on-classes exploring a wide variety of culinary concepts.
- Recipes packets are provided for students to take home.
- Tastings of the dishes prepared are provided. Wine is served when possible.

Premium Cooking Classes:
Geared towards aspiring chefs.
Do you have that inner Julia Child waiting to come out? Are you that closet chef taking in all the Food Network shows? Well this is the class for you. Here the focus is on what you already know about the culinary scene and taking your advanced cooking skills to the next level. Premium cooking classes focus on delicious food and presentation.
- A 5-course dinner meal demonstration presentation is experienced in premium classes.
- Recipes packets are provided for students to take home.
- A full course meal is provided along with a beverage. Wine is served when possible.

Adult Cooking Classes:
Must be 18 years old to attend. You will learn to prepare various recipes from start to finish, while getting a firm grasp of cooking techniques and an understanding of essential ingredients. You’ll then sit down and enjoy the dishes prepared with your class companions. Classes include some hands-on cooking, followed by a full tasting.
- Recipes packets are provided for students to take home.
- Tastings of the dishes prepared are provided. Wine is served to individuals 21 years of age or older when possible.

Junior Chef Cooking Classes:
Perfect for small groups or individuals! Children’s classes are 1 to 2 hours long. Children’s classes are hands-on, fun and full of excitement!
- Recipes packets are provided for students to take home.
- Tastings of the dishes prepared are provided along with a beverage.
Must be 9-17 years of age. Parental consent is required.
Child must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Group Cooking Classes:



If you’re looking for an effective, fun way to bond with friends, family or colleagues; a cooking class party is an original team-building exercise that will leave you and your guests smiling long after the cooking is done. Through Group Cooking Classes, you will also strengthen bonds and relationships in a fun and informal environment.
- Allows you to bring the Chef to your location.
- Group members will learn how to prepare the meal that will be provided at the party or special event.
- Recipes packets are provided for group members to take home.
- Group members will enjoy special meal.

Private Cooking Lesson
Just imagine your own private chef at your service. During a private cooking lesson, you will learn how to:
- Prepare meals that you can enjoy at home.
- Perfect for individuals or couples who enjoy one on one instruction.
- Personal recipes cards are provided for a student to record recipe.
- Enjoy your personalized meal!
Pricing
Intermediate Classes: $45-$65 Per Person
Premium Classes: $75- $100 Per Person
Group Cooking Class Parties (3-hour minimum) 6 person minimum
$75/hour plus $45 & Up per guest plus applicable service fees and gratuity is charged for group cooking class parties. A higher hourly rate plus service fees may be applied for larger groups.
Travel fee applied if applicable.
Private Cooking Lesson: 2 hour min limit to 1 or 2 people.
$75/hour plus cost of groceries plus applicable service fees and gratuity.Travel fee applied if applicable.
Children’s Classes: $40 & Up per child depending on type of class and size.
Policies
- Minimum of 10 students for any type of published cooking class.
- Any consumer participating in any type of cooking class must fill out registration, a waiver and emergency release form.
- Payment is required in full before services are rendered.
