

It is highly recommended that clients inquiring about catering or personal chef services fill out the Event Questionnaire on the Contact
Us page of the website so that a C&K Catering staff member can better assess your event needs. Please review the menus on the
Menus Page before filling out the Event Questionnaire and list the specific menu items that you would like for your menu. If you want
a customized menu please indicate this preference on the Event Questionnaire of your preferred menu choice. It is very important that you list accurate contact information such as a good phone number and email that you check often so that C&K Catering can follow up with you accordingly and in a timely manner. It is very important that you be very specific on the questionnaire regarding any other services that you may require.

Clients are expected to provide C&K Catering with an agenda including a detailed timeline, floor plan and diagram of preferred setup for the part of your event that requires catering. In addition, clients should provide a copy of the policies for catering of the venue where your event is being held to C&K Catering. C&K Catering will be happy to provide a copy of our liability insurance certificate, business license and/or health inspection score to your event venue management if necessary.
It is the client’s responsibility to mediate communication between C&K Catering and other professionals that maybe involved with the planning of your event (i.e. event planners, designers, venue management, etc.).

ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE OUT TO C&K Catering IN THE FORM OF CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK, CASH or Credit Card payment.
**A Non-Sufficient Funds Fee of $100 is charged to the client for each returned check.**

Clients may pay for services upfront with one total payment for services at first initial payment due date or in three graduated
payments with at least 50% of total funds paid to C&K Catering 30 days prior to the day of the event.

C&K Catering has a process for providing quotes. We highly recommend that potential customers make an appointment for an
in person consultation. C&K Catering provides professional complimentary food tastings of chef selected menu items during a
consultation. Food selections for food tastings will feed up to 2 people. Any specific request by the client beyond this gesture will incur
a fee of $25 and up per person. During the consultation, a C&K Sales staff can assist with menu selection, assess needs for additional
services & provide an estimated quote for services.

After a consultation, C&K Catering will be happy to provide 1 free e-quote for services via email. The e-quote will confirm what was
reviewed during the consultation. When the e-quote is approved by the customer, a contract will be sent to the customer. If changes
need to be made to the e-quote, the customer will be billed $10 per change for excessive changes made by the client on the quote. This
$10 per change fee is NOT applied to the overall bill.

A regular shift for a catered event is considered 1-4 hours. Additional time will incur a $25 overtime fee per C&K Staff member per hour.
Such additional fees must be paid before the event ends or client will be billed. Cost for labor is included in service fees. In some cases,
a flat rate applied for labor cost may be necessary.

Clients are required to read and sign the C&K Contract before services are rendered. The contract must be signed by C&K management
and the purchaser/client. A contractual agreement will be emailed to the client upon approval of the designated E-quote and must be
signed and returned to C&K Catering by the stated date.

Clients may pay for the entire balance of services upfront at first initial payment due date or in three graduated payments with at least
50% of total funds paid to C&K Catering & Personal Chef Services 30 days prior to the day of the event. 100% of the balance is due 7
days prior to the event date. Services will not be rendered until all monies are paid in full. Payment for Personal Chef Services is required before services are rendered and is due on receipt.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 is required to secure an event date on C&K’s calendar. The reservation fee will be applied to the overall bill.

Gratuity is a standard procedure in the catering industry. Gratuity is optional but certainly welcomed & expected. You can pay gratuity on or before the day of the event. Standard gratuity payments for the total balance are as follows: 15%, 18%, and 20%. Gratuity is also received for Food Tastings & Personal Chef Services.

The purchaser can make changes to the headcount in writing up to 30 days before the event. After this time frame, the only changes
that can be made to the headcount will be for additional persons. Please let C&K Catering know in writing if there are additional persons to add to your head count at least 10 days prior to the event. Additional fees will be added for additional persons. C&K Catering will not refund any money for a lesser headcount than what is stated on the contract. C&K Catering will ONLY BE responsible for preparing food for the number of persons stated on the contract. If more people attend the event than what is accounted for on the contract, THEN the purchaser will be responsible for getting more food at his or her expense. C&K Catering at its discretion may be able to provide additional food on the day of event if requested in writing by the purchaser for additional fees to include food cost, labor, taxes, and service fees.

Cancellation means no food or services will be rendered. Any date cancellations will be made known to C&K Catering at least 30 days prior to event date due in writing by the client. Any non-refundable fees will be retained by C&K Catering for food & supply costs and for monetary losses incurred for other possible events that could have been reserved on the date of the cancelled event. C&K reserves the right to retain 100% of total funds deposited or balance at C&K Catering’s discretion.
Cancellation of 1st and Only Upfront Total Payment – Clients have the option to pay for the total cost of services up front at the time of the first payment due date. Clients who pay the entire amount for catering services as the first and only payment, reserve the right to cancel. Therefore it is the client’s responsibility to notify C&K Catering in writing at least 30 days prior to the event date of an event cancellation in such instances. C&K Catering reserves the right to and will retain 100% of the upfront total deposit fees for any event cancellations made at any time by the client.

• C&K Catering will provide a refund for deposited funds except the $100 reservation fee if C&K Catering cancels catering or personal chef services due to unforeseen acts of God, nature or death.
• Refunds WILL NOT be provided to clients for foods or beverages that are already purchased, prepared and/or served by C&K Catering or contracted services.
• It is C&K Catering’s mission to provide excellent customer service, catering and personal chef services that exceed client expectations. Therefore if a client reports that he or she is unsatisfied with services or foods rendered by C&K Catering then C&K Catering may provide a reasonable special offer or a discount for future services at the discretion of C&K Catering Management.

CLIENTS SHOULD NOTIFY C&K CATERING MANAGEMENT BEFORE TAKE DOWN DURING THE EVENT IF HE OR SHE WOULD LIKE FOR C&K CATERING TO BOX UP LEFT OVER FOODS. OTHERWISE LEFT OVER FOODS WILL BE DISCARDED OF. THE CHEF OR C&K CATERING WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FOODS LEFT OVER AT AN EVENT ONCE C&K CATERING & STAFF HAS LEFT THE PREMISES. C&K CATERING WILL BE THE ONLY AUTHORZED PERSONNEL TO HANDLE FOOD, PREPARATION OF FOOD AND BOXING UP OF FOOD. C&K CATERING WILL NOT GIVE BOXED UP FOOD TO GUESTS. C&K CATERING WILL GIVE BOXED UP FOOD TO THE PURCHASER ONLY UPON REQUEST.

CLIENT/PURCHASER AGREES TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE EVENT FACILITY FOR C&K CATERING STAFF BEFORE, DURING & AFTER SERVICE TIME FOR THE PURPOSE OF SET UP, SERVICE TIME AND CLEAN UP.
CLIENT AGREES TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR C&K CATERING STAFF TO THE EVENT VENUE ANYWHERE FROM 2 TO 4 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED EVENT START TIME FOR SETUP AND 1 TO 2 HOURS FOR CLEAN UP AFTER THE EVENT ENDS. C&K CATERING WILL NOTIFY THE CLIENTS IF ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED.
CLIENT/PURCHASER AGREES TO COMMUNICATE WITH GUESTS AND/OR ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS ABOUT SAFETY HAZARDS, BEHAVIORS OR DISRUPTIONS THAT WOULD PREVENT OR DISTRACT C&K CATERING FROM BEING ABLE TO FLOW PROPERLY AND PRODUCE QUALITY SERVICES. CLIENT AGREES TO COMMUNICATE WITH C&K CATERING IN A TIMELY MANNER ABOUT CHANGES TO EVENT PLANS, MENU & SERVICING. CLIENT AGREES THAT THOSE PERSONS AUTHORIZED ON THE CONTRACT WILL BE THE ONLY PERSON(S) THAT WILL COMMUNICATE WITH C&K CATERING BEFORE, DURING & AFTER AN EVENT IF NECESSARY.
CLIENT AGREES TO KEEP GUESTS (TO INCLUDE ADULTS & CHILDREN) AWAY FROM THE KITCHEN OR PREP AREAS FOR SAFETY REASONS. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IN AREAS THAT ARE DESIGNATED ONLY FOR C&K CATERING STAFF. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HANDLE FOOD, SPEAK ON BEHALF OF THE PURCHASER, AND MAKE CHANGES OR HARRASS C&K CATERING STAFF IN ANY WAY. IN RETURN, C&K CATERING STAFF WILL REMAIN PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNICATE ONLY WITH THE PURCHASER ABOUT ANY CONCERNS BEFORE, DURING & AFTER THE EVENT WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT ANY CONCERNS WILL BE HANDLED PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY BY THE PURCHASER.

MENU AND PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE BASED ON FOOD VENDOR FLUCTUATION IN PRICING AND FOOD AVAILABILITY. IN SUCH CASES, C&K CATERING MAY HAVE TO MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS ON THE MENU.

Below is an example of C&K Catering’s pricing method. All contract pricing will consist of a food and beverage total, taxes if applicable
and service fees. Subcontracted services fees, rental fees and gratuity are applied as applicable.

Prices are based upon minimum orders. Parties that are smaller are invited but will be priced accordingly.
A fee will be charged for parties with less than 48 hours notice to cover last minute food purchases from a retail markets as well as
rescheduling our staff to cover your event.

Disposable Drop Off- 10% and up with a $55.00 minimum
Buffet Set Up, Return to Pick Up- 15% and up with a $120.00 minimum
Dinner Buffet Line Service (Includes 2 Servers) – 18% and up with a minimum of $155.00 (No Tableside Service)
Service using Paper & Plastic (4-hr Party) – $150.00 for a Manager, $125.00 for each Server
Formal Service using China & Silver (4-hr Party) – $180.00 and up for Floor Manager, $140.00 and up for each Server
